We roast our coffee in house, at 218 Hamilton Blvd in South Plainfield. Every bag starts here – green beans, our own roast profiles, and a close eye on how each one turns out.
Michael Hajduk, founder
Michael started Sips & Souls out of a simple love for good coffee. In 2023 he founded the Human Rescue Society, a nonprofit working to combat human trafficking. For Michael the two go together: coffee brings people together, and together we can make a difference.
Harrison Anesh, operations manager
Harrison is behind every cup. He runs the roasting, builds our roast profiles, makes the cold brew, and trains the team. He also handles sourcing, so the beans that reach you are chosen with care.
