Michael’s journey into the world of coffee began with a simple love for the craft – from the aroma of freshly roasted beans to the joy of the perfect brew.
But for Michael, coffee is more than a passion – it’s a purpose. In 2023, he founded Human Rescue Society Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the fight against human trafficking. Through Sips & Souls Café, he’s blending his love for coffee with his deep commitment to helping others.
Michael believes that coffee can bring people together, so that we can make a difference.
Harrison Anesh
Harrison is behind every cup at Sips & Souls Café. With years of hands-on experience as a barista and coffee roaster, Harrison brings a deep love for coffee and a dedication to quality that defines the café experience.
From managing roasting operations and developing custom roast profiles to crafting cold brew and training staff, Harrison’s knowledge covers every step of the coffee journey. He’s also working behind the scenes in our coffee supply chain, learning how beans are sourced and evaluated at origin to ensure that only the best make it to your cup.
What sets Harrison apart is his passion for sharing coffee in a meaningful way. As a driving force behind the café’s day-to-day operations, he ensures that each drink served reflects the café’s values: excellence, authenticity, and purpose.
